Hi! In this note I present you the place where I live. My town is called Środa Wielkopolska.

It's a small town - it has 17, 98km2 and there are  about 22 325 people. 

There is: a swimming pool, a cinema, 

a shopping center, a  hospital, three churches,  lots of schools, parks, banks, 

a stadium , a coach and a train station 

Places that everyone have to see in Środa:

- marketplace 

- town hall, 

- Collegiate Church, 

- narrow-gauge railway track, 

- marshland.

I don't know really the history of Środa, because I have lived here for 4 years. 

Środa is 30km from Poznań. 

Poznan is the biggest city in the  province at Wielkopolska. 

This town is more interesting than Sroda and is bigger also. 

There are  lots of markets and monuments. 

Christmas ;)

 Hi ;)  This  will be about Christmas.
I think Christmas is important in Poland, because almost every person prepare for this
Christmas for few weeks and we like to meet all our family.
Christmas Eve is always in my house and my grandma, cousin and aunt come to us.
We don't follow special Christmas customs (we don't put hay under the tablecloth, don't
read the Bible and et cetera)
On my table there is usually red soup, dumplings, rolls, carp, cod, various salads,
cheesecake, poppy-seed cake, gingerbread.
Parents usually  give presents to child or to themselves.
Presents are different, usually there are not expensive and not cheap.

Hi . My name is Daria. I'm 14 years old. I live in a small village (called
Zielniczki)  next to
Środa Wielkopolska. I go to Junior High School to 2A class. I have two
brothers" Marcin (5 years old) and Franek (1,5 years old), two cats:
Polly and Alex and horse Milano. My hobby is riding a horse and dancing
zumba. I have been riding a horse for 4 years.
My lesson plan:
Monday, and Tuesday  - 8-15.15
Wednesday - 8 - 12.30
Thursaday and Friday - 8- 13.30
I have five-minute ride to my school.
My week
On Monday:  I have my Spanish class.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: I go to  the stable and I help with the horses.
On Friday I usually have my chemistry class.
On Sunday I go to  church and then I spend my free time with my
family.
My free time I usually spend with my horse, friends or I listen to music,
watch tv and surf the net.
In my house I like my room the most, because I spend there a lot of my
time and I feel there safe and happy.
My favorite day of this year will be 7thirth of December, because in there is
equestrian competition in Poznan which I have waited for a few months. There are
exhibitions of equestrian equipment..
